Terms of Service

1. The service

Wishpage is a self-serve tool that turns the facts you supply about one person into a personalized celebration page hosted at a private URL on this domain. You pick an occasion and paste 5–12 facts; we generate the page text, render the page, and email you a preview link. You decide whether and when to publish it and how to share the URL with the recipient.

2. No warranty about the recipient

Wishpage does not guarantee that the recipient will open the link, enjoy the page, or recognize the references. The output is based entirely on the facts you submit. We do not independently verify them and we do not insert facts you did not supply.

3. Your submissions

You represent that the facts you submit are about a person you know and that you have the right to use those facts in a celebration page you intend to share. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information, payment card numbers outside Stripe Checkout, or third-party confidential material you are not authorized to share.

4. Pricing, delivery, and refunds

The current listed price for one celebration page is $5 unless a different price is shown at checkout. Delivery normally occurs through the order page and a preview email after payment clears, typically within a minute.

You may request a full refund within 7 days through the one-click refund button on the order page. Refund processing is automated through Stripe and typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days. After the refund window closes, refunds are discretionary except where non-waivable law requires otherwise. Refunds also take the published page down immediately.

5. AI limitations

The service uses automated systems and third-party AI providers. Page text is generated from the facts you supply. Outputs can still be awkward or miss the mark. You should preview the page and use the regenerate option if needed before publishing and sharing the URL.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Wishpage to harass, dox, impersonate, or harm the person the page is about. Do not submit facts you know to be false and intended to deceive the recipient. Do not use the service to violate the law. We may take any page down at our discretion if it appears to violate these terms; the recipient or any viewer can also flag a page through the “Report this page” link in the page footer.

7. License to output

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may share, gift, and print the delivered celebration page for personal, non-commercial use. We retain all rights in the service itself, including the site, prompts, software, and operating methods.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wishpage is provided “as is” without warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
