Common questions
What if the page doesn't feel right?
You get one free regenerate within the first hour — same facts, fresh draft. After that, the page is locked so the recipient doesn't see different text from the URL you sent them.
Do you ever email or text the recipient?
No. Wishpage never contacts the recipient. You preview the page, hit publish, copy the URL, and send it through whatever channel you'd already use — iMessage, Whatsapp, AirDrop, email. You stay the courier.
What's your refund policy?
Two ways you can get a refund automatically from the order page: if our system flagged the page as a generation failure (we couldn’t produce a real celebration page from the facts you gave us), refunds are available for 90 days; or if our logs show you never opened the URL after we delivered it (so the recipient never saw it either), refunds are available for 30 days. Anything else, email wishpage@forage.bot — we’ll work it out case-by-case.
Can I take the page down?
Yes — one click from your receipt link, immediate. The URL flips to a 404 right away and we hard-delete the page after 7 days.
